Biography
She privately studied dance, voice, piano, viola and flute and continues to do so to date. Her vocal abilities include spiritual, country, and pop. In addition, to round out the endless possibilities, she studied classical opera. Lauren was a dedicated member of the Chorale Choir, Orchestra and Golden Strings Ensemble (a strolling strings performance ensemble) throughout her high school years. She has been a vocalist and pianist at her church since the age of 10 and has been a vocalist at various citywide concerts since that time. Throughout her high school years, she received the highest possible ratings both vocally and instrumentally at the local and state Solo Ensemble competitions. By the age of 13, Lauren began composing her own songs on the piano thus beginning her career as a singer/songwriter. www.lauren-noelle.comDrake University, Des Moines, IA majoring in Music Education with minors in piano and viola. She was a member of the Drake Choir and Orchestra. At the end of her freshman year, she was the recipient of the Allen Lehl Memorial Scholarship for outstanding achievement. In her second year at college Lauren was given the designation of “Coloratura Soprano", which only a small percentile of sopranos in the world are given.
